These terms govern the use of the RaraWin website and all associated services. By registering an account, every player confirms they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the conditions set out below. RaraWin operates under a UK Gambling Commission licence and these terms are drafted to comply with the Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.

1. Eligibility

Players must be aged 18 or over to register an account with RaraWin. Age verification checks are carried out during the registration and withdrawal process, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, with any funds returned to the original payment source minus any winnings accrued. 2. Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, whether created deliberately or by accident, will be merged or closed at RaraWin’s discretion, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be voided. Players must provide accurate personal details at registration, including full legal name, date of birth and current address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Winnings can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited, with any excess sent via bank transfer where required.

5. Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus is available once per player, household and IP address.
  • A 35x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash.
  • Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited; unused bonus funds and any related winnings are removed after this window.
  • Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is £5 per spin, hand or roulette bet; breaching this limit may void winnings.

7. Responsible Gambling

RaraWin is committed to safer gambling practices. 9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with RaraWin’s support team via email at support@rarawin.co.uk. RaraWin will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 3 working days. If a satisfactory resolution isn’t reached, players may escalate the matter free of charge to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider approved by the UK Gambling Commission, details of which are available on request from support.

10. Changes to These Terms

RaraWin may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to the service. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or an on-site notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved through the ADR process outlined above are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
